"My MB GLC300 4matic suv broke down in Newark and needed a tow to the Mercedes-Benz dealership in Fremont, and George Britz (from State Farm insurance) helped me out on processing the claim in order to get reimbursed for the tow truck bill. He was very thorough and explained the process to me and what I needed to do in order to get the claim processed and approved. For example, I had to reach out to the tow truck driver and ask him from a proper invoice that showed the pick-up location (address) of the tow and the drop-off location (address) of the tow and also the vin number of the car being towed onto the invoice."
