"Called this office to get an explanation on my homeowners insurance and some questions on a vehicle claim that I have going on. I spoke with Alicia, who went above and beyond my expectations. I'd give her 10 stars if that was a possibility. She was so patient with all my questions and was able to explain everything in a way that I could understand. She never made me feel like she was in a rush. When we hung up I felt happy and satisfied. I also want to mention that I recently spoke with Jason, who also gave me the same great service. I have been with State Farm for about 50 years. I think that says a lot."

"Every time I call this place, no one answers and I'm forced to leave a voicemail. The callback times range anywhere from 1 to 4 hours or they don't even call back, which isn't realistic for someone with a busy schedule.
The last time, I had to interrupt my work just to take the call because I wasn't confident I'd get another opportunity to speak with them. This level of communication makes it very difficult to rely on their service.
To make matters worse, even when I call the main State Farm line, they simply redirect me back to this same office, so there's no way to reach a live person when needed.
The representatives themselves are polite and helpful when you finally get through, but the lack of accessibility and responsiveness makes the overall experience very frustrating and unreliable."
